Planning (2-3 Weeks)

To get started, please fill out our Estimate Form and include a dimensioned floor plan, photos of your space, and any sketches or reference images. We’ll use this information to create a complimentary cabinetry configuration and pricing estimate for you to review. If you have any questions or need more information before we begin, feel free to email us at info@boxco.studio or book a design consultation.

Not sure when to reach out? We recommend starting the process with us 4 to 6 months before you’d like your cabinets delivered.

Customization (4-10 Weeks)

During this phase, our design team will work with you one-on-one to bring your vision to life. To begin, we require a $500 Customization Fee, which covers up to three design meetings where we’ll refine your layout, finishes, accessories, and interior components.

If you’re local, we’d love for you to visit our studio to see our cabinetry and finishes in person. If you’re from out of town, we’re happy to send you samples!

Production (8-12 Weeks)

Once your design is finalized, it’s time to place your cabinetry order. At this stage, you’ll receive a final set of drawings to review with your installer or contractor, along with an invoice for 50% of the total cabinetry cost. This payment officially secures your cabinetry order and your place in our delivery schedule.

Production typically takes 8–12 weeks from the time we receive your signed drawings and production payment. As we move through the process, we’ll provide you with a precise delivery window.

Need your cabinets sooner? Production can occasionally be expedited for an additional fee, depending on our schedule. Contact us for more info.

Delivery & Installation

It’s time to meet your new cabinets! One week before delivery, we will invoice you for the remaining balance of the cabinetry cost. Your cabinets will arrive fully assembled and ready for installation. After delivery, we will bill you for the final delivery payment.

Boxco cabinets must be installed by an experienced installer or finish carpenter. If you’re located in the New England or New York areas, we can recommend a skilled installer. We provide a detailed installation guide to ensure a smooth process, and our team is always available by phone to answer any questions you may have during installation.
