Custom Library Shelving – Conway, Massachusetts

We designed this built-in custom library shelving to blend seamlessly into our clients’ home in Conway, Massachusetts. Floor-to-ceiling shelves offer plenty of space for books and display items, while lower cabinets provide hidden storage. A central cabinet conceals the television, keeping the space clean and cohesive.

We crafted this piece from maple veneer plywood with a Baltic Birch core, ensuring durability while maintaining the warmth of natural wood. The curved shelving on the left softens the overall design, and the flush cabinetry doors add to its modern, European aesthetic.

The custom Olive wood wax finish is a signature element of this project, mixed in-house from Osmo wood wax colors. This unique tone highlights the wood grain, creating a rich yet subtle look.

Designed for both function and beauty, this installation enhances the home’s character while offering practical storage. The combination of open and closed shelving keeps everyday items organized while maintaining a welcoming feel.
